Illuminated Toggle Switches Enhance LED Light Sources

Polycarbonate toggle actuators enhance LED light sources by providing an evenly diffused and eye-catching illumination. Heretowith comes the TL series of standard size, illuminated toggle switches for front panels or custom designs that require an operator interface. The TL series Bright LEDs, available in red, green, and amber, feature matching colored translucent actuators that accentuate the illumination of the switches. There are also Super Bright LEDs in white, green, and blue, with frosted polycarbonate toggles designed to complement these choices. Available actuator lengths are 11.0 and 17.5 mm. The toggles consist of an antistatic material that can withstand 20 kV of electrostatic discharge (ESD). The TL parts' housing and 12-mm bushing are constructed of a black glass fiber-reinforced polyamide. This series is UL94V-0 rated for flammability. Power-rated or logic-level models are available with a double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) configuration. Mechanical and electrical life ratings are 50,000 operations minimum.
