The RoHS-compliant DG series snap-in, panel-mount pushbutton switch provides bi-color illumination via red, green, yellow, or blue LEDs. The switch's actuator is polycarbonate with nylon housing and contact and terminal options include silver-plated copper alloy or gold over nickel-plated copper alloy. Specs include an electrical life of 100,000 cycles with a rating of 100 mA at 30VDC (silver contacts) and 0.4 VA maximum at 20 Vdc/Vac (gold contacts), an initial contact resistance of less than 50 milliOhms, a dielectric strength of 750 Vrms minimum with an insulation resistance beyond 100 MegaOhms minimum, an actuator force of 250 ± 100 gF, actuator travel of 1.8 mm ± 0.3 mm, and an operating and storage temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
