Virage Logic’s announced that its AEON multi-time programmable (MTP) non-volatile memory (NVM) technology meets demanding AEC-Q100 automotive requirements.

Virage Logic’s announced that its AEON multi-time programmable (MTP) non-volatile memory (NVM) technology meets demanding AEC-Q100 automotive requirements. The AEON memory provides full operation from -40°C to 150°C with minimum 10-year data retention at 150°C. It is rated at 100,000 write-erase cycles and runs at 1.6V. It is ideal for automotive applications as trim, calibration configuration, instrumentation and localization.
