Japanese firm selects Rudolph AXi inspection system

Rudolph Technologies (www.rudolphtech.com) said it has sold an AXi 935 automated macro defect inspection system to an unnamed Japanese company for inspection of automotive devices.

Rudolph Technologies has sold an AXi 935 automated macro defect inspection system to an unnamed Japanese company for inspection of automotive devices. The Rudolph system replaces a micro inspection tool. The AXi 935 System can detect defects down to 0.5 microns.
