Taoglas has introduced the PA-25 Anam, a six-band, surface-mount antenna that delivers efficiency of over 50% on all bands in a 36x6x5 mm ceramic design suited for automotive applications.

Taoglas has introduced the PA-25 Anam, a six-band, surface-mount antenna that delivers efficiency of over 50% on all bands in a 36x6x5 mm ceramic design suited for automotive applications.

The multi-band cellular antenna covers all worldwide cellular bands including 850/900/1700/1800/1900 and 2100Mhz for GSM, CDMA, DCS, PCS, WCDMA, UMTS, HSDPA, GPRS and EDGE.

“The PA-25 is the result of years of intensive research and development into high grade ceramic formulas and getting lower cellular bands designed into small form factors,” said Taoglas director Dermot O’Shea. Applications include telematics, vehicle diagnostics, and remote monitoring.
