AMI picks Teradyne FLEX test platform for automotive devices

AMI Semiconductor (www.amis.com) has standardized on the Teradyne (www.teradyne.com) FLEX test platform to test automotive devices for applications including stability control, in-vehicle networking, X-by wire and power switching.

AMI Semiconductor has standardized on the Teradyne FLEX test platform to test automotive devices for applications including stability control, in-vehicle networking, X-by wire and power switching. AMI purchased multiple microFLEXsystems with DC90 and precision octal op-amp loop (POOL2) instrumentation for its Calamba, Philippines location and all test development centers worldwide.
