Delphi Corp. has completed the sale of most of its lead-acid battery operations to Johnson Controls Inc.

Delphi Corp. has completed the sale of most of its lead-acid battery operations to Johnson Controls Inc. Delphi is keeping its plants in Fitzgerald, Ga and New Brunswick, NJ. The transaction, involving facilities in France, Brazil and Mexico, and joint ventures in China, Korea, and Saudi Arabia, is valued at $202.5 million. Delphi said the business generates approximately $600 million in global revenues.
