NAVTEQ agrees to acquire The Map Network

NAVTEQ has agreed to acquire The Map Network for $37.5 million in cash. The Map Network provides print and online maps of more than 90 U.S. cities as well as maps of trade shows and events and convention centers, stadiums and hotels.
