DURA Automotive files revised reorganization plan

DURA Automotive Systems (www.duraauto.com) has filed a revised Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (www.deb.uscourts.gov/).

DURA Automotive Systems has filed a revised Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (www.deb.uscourts.gov/). The firm said it intends to proceed on an expedited basis to obtain court approval of the plan and emerge from Chapter 11.

The plan, supported by DURA's key creditor constituencies, provides details on how the company intends to treat more than $1.3 billion in claims.
