Hittite Microwave acquires Q-Dot assets

Automotive component supplier Hittite Microwave Corporation has acquired substantially all of the assets of Q-Dot Inc. from SIMTEK Corporation for $2.2 million.

Automotive component supplier Hittite Microwave Corporation has acquired substantially all of the assets of Q-Dot Inc. from SIMTEK Corporation for $2.2 million. Q-DOT is an R&D organization focused on mixed-signal technology.
