SiRF GPS IP powers Renesas automotive system-on-chip

SiRF Technology Holdings (www.sirf.com) said that Renesas (www.renesas.com) has licensed SiRF GPS baseband IP blocks to add location-enabling to Renesas’ SH7775, a SuperH system- on-chip (SoC) for high-performance car information systems (CIS).
