New Factory Opens in Eastern Europe

The international automobile component supplier Brose has opened a production site in Eastern Europe in the Czech town of Koprivnice. Brose CZ spol. S.r.o.

The international automobile component supplier Brose has opened a production site in Eastern Europe — in the Czech town of Koprivnice. Brose CZ spol. S.r.o. will produce manual and electric seat adjusters, as well as side door and tailgate locks for almost 20 vehicle makers and leading seat producers. The products are mainly destined for export to countries such as Belgium, Sweden, Italy and Germany. The main customers are Audi, BMW, Faurecia, DaimlerChrysler, Johnson Controls, Lear Corporation and Volvo. Within the production network the Czech production site also supplies the two affiliated Brose factories in Coburg and Wuppertal (Germany).
