Gallery: Electric Cars from the 2014 Detroit Auto Show

The 2014 Detroit Auto Show highlighted several electric cars, including the all-electric i3 from BMW and the E-Golf from Volkswagen, the fuel-cell powered Honda FCEV and Toyota FCV, and hybrid cars from BMW and Lexus.

The 2014 Detroit Auto Show highlighted several electric cars, including the all-electric i3 from BMW and the E-Golf from Volkswagen, the fuel-cell powered Honda FCEV and Toyota FCV, and hybrid cars from BMW and Lexus. Some, like the Toyota FCV and E-Golf, will go on sale soon. Others are engineering efforts meant to explore the public’s opinion and give automakers’ designers a chance at working with the latest in battery and electronic technology.
