    Automotive communication technology is critical to today's vehicles that utilize networked electronic control units (ECUs). GuardKnox's F.A.S.T.E.R. CommEngine is a hardware solution designed to simplify connectivity while reducing latency compared with software-based real-time networking solutions (see figure).

    The F.A.S.T.E.R. CommEngine can be implemented in an FPGA or custom logic. It provides a low-latency, high-bandwidth communication system that utilizes standard networks like Ethernet and CAN.
