Electronica 2010 – Delivering steady-state clean energy at very low temperature differentials, the eTEG HV56 thermoelectric power generator operates at temperature differentials as low as 10°K. Combined with batteries and energy cells, the unit offers a viable steady-state energy solution for a variety of self-powered applications in the wireless sensor, automotive, aerospace, industrial, and medical markets. It produces 1.5 mW of output power at 10°K and an open circuit voltage of 0.25V in a footprint measuring 11 mm2. At 50°K it delivers 36.5mW of power and an open circuit voltage of 1.25V.
