The SMD-VAC HP is a high-performance vacuum handling system with continuous airflow. The ESD-safe tool will handle parts as small as ten-thousandths of an inch square up to large pin-grid arrays. Features of the system include a diaphragm pump that develops over 15" of mercury. An electric eye turns the pump off when the handle is not in use, which extends pump life and saves energy. An adjustable airflow control allows for fine tuning in critical handling situations. The system stands upright, which helps to minimize its footprint on the operator's bench. It comes with a low-voltage wall transformer, a 1/8" vacuum hose, handle and seven vacuum tips in various sizes. Options include a footswitch.
