Designed to shield and protect electronics and telecommunications equipment against EMI/RFI emissions, Vent Rak series 7500 heavy-duty shielded cabinets are for installation in tracked and wheeled vehicles, airborne platforms, spacecraft, conventional and nuclear power plants, and more. The cabinets protect internally mounted susceptors from conduction, coupling or radiation from external electromagnetic emitters by reflecting and absorbing disruptive energy. Cabinet frames are made of 12-gauge cold-rolled steel, while side panels and rear doors are constructed of heavy-duty 16-gauge cold-rolled steel. Cabinets can be ordered with aluminum fabrication.
