The InSite power recorder takes power quality and energy measurements in a self-contained package designed for permanent installation in network communications systems. Incorporating proprietary technologies, the recorder has four voltage inputs and five current inputs. Measurements and recording parameters include true RMS voltage, current, and sags/swells. Others include frequency, transients up to 130 µs, harmonics, flicker, power, VA, VAR, true power factor, displacement power factor, kW, and kWh. The unit also provides an oscilloscope output of waveforms, harmonics spectra, phasor diagrams, power meters, phase imbalance, and impedance. Price is $2,995 with delivery times from four to six weeks ARO.
