Yitran Communications, an Israel-based provider of powerline communication technology, has entered into a worldwide distribution agreement with Canada-based Future Electronics. Yitran Communications Ltd. is a fabless semiconductor company and provider of powerline communication technology for command and control apps. These include energy management, demand response, automated meter reading/management, home/building automation, switching and lighting, appliances, and HVAC control. Yitran designs, develops, and markets ICs that employ existing power lines and eliminate the need for dedicated communication infrastructure.
