Designed for military and aerospace applications, the SR75-3 solid-state relay expands the company's family of short-circuit-protected plastic DIP relays. The 400 vdc, 0.5-A solid-state relay provides a wide range of features, including short-circuit protection, ac operation using a bridge rectifier, optical isolation, and low off-state leakage. The device can switch voltages up to 400 Vdc with transient blocking up to 500 Vdc. High noise immunity ensures that control signals are isolated from switching noise and high dielectric strain ensures safety and protection of control and signal-level circuits. Pricing starts at $29 each/500 with delivery from stock within 10 weeks.
