Groomed for TFT LCD, organic LED, and CCD applications, the AAT3190 charge pump provides regulated voltage biases up to ±25V from an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5V. The device operates at a switching frequency of 1 MHz, allowing for the use of very small external capacitors and eliminating the need for large inductors. Other features include internally controllable soft-start circuitry and a shutdown function that disconnects the load from VIN while reducing quiescent current to less than 1 µA. Available in either an 8-pin MSOP or 12-pin TSOP-JW with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, price starts at $1.73 each/1,000.
