DIN Supplies Include UPS And Redundant Functions

Adding to the company's arsenal of DIN-rail power supplies are two modules that enable parallel and redundant operation plus battery back up and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) functionality for a range of power products from 20W to 960W. The DR-UPS40 battery control module offers parallel connections to a 24-Vdc bus up to 40A. Battery-control functions provide battery status and control including test, polarity, fail, and discharge functions. A relay contact and LED monitor the dc bus. The DR-RDN20 parallel redundancy module provides parallel/redundant connections with or’ing diodes rated for 24V and up to 20A. Relay contact signal and a LED are available for input failure indication. Both modules measure 4.93" x 3.94" x 2.18" and comply with EN61000-4-2,3,4,5,6,8 and ENV50204, criteria A.
