Offered in a 0805 SMT size, these latest additions to the company's line of Surf LEDs come in two intensities: high efficiency and super bright. Measuring 2 mm x 1.25 mm, the 0805-Profile Surf LEDs come in six colors and several related hues and, depending on color, deliver typical luminous intensities from 25 to 60 mcd at 20 mA of current. High-efficiency versions of the surface-mount LEDs are available in super red, high-efficiency red, amber, yellow, high-efficiency green, and pure green. The super-bright devices come in super red, ultra red, super orange, soft orange, super yellow, aqua green, and blue. Samples are available, and each LED comes with a three-year limited warranty. Depending on color, prices range from $0.14 to $1.44 each/500.
