Soft-touch edges on Teknet handheld enclosures are said to assure secure, comfortable gripping of the cases during use. The elastomeric edge grips are molded onto the case shell, with the case material an off-white or black textured finish ABS (UL 94 HB) and the grips made of a contrasting light or dark gray elastomer. The external dimensions are 6.10" x 3.78" in heights of 0.79", 0.95" and 1.11". The top part is recessed to accept a membrane keypad. And versions are available with a battery compartment for accepting two 1.5V AA cells. The cases can be machined with additional apertures for LEDs, LCDs, connectors, switches, etc. Quantity prices start at $14 each.
