Focusing on medical and architectural lighting applications, the Model OD-620 red LEDs specify a peak emission of 620 nm, typical output power of 50 mW, and a maximum continuous forward current of 300 mA. The OD-620L delivers a very narrow beam, while the OD-620 provides a wide-angle beam. The OD-620L employs a single-chip substrate design, housed in a TO-39 metal package with an embedded focus lens, and the OD-620 consists of a single-chip substrate design in a TO-39 metal package with an embedded wide-angle lens.
