Despite its small 0603 footprint measuring 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm x 0.4 mm, the LTW-193 series surface-mount white LED can deliver brightness levels up to 100 mcd. The tiny component operates with an input current of 5 mA and provides a viewing angle of 130°. The LED promises to meet or exceed the JEDEC Level–2 moisture-sensitivity standard.
