In an attempt to grab a user's immediate attention, the new Sonalert LSC616N incorporates both an audible signal device and a high-intensity flashing red LED. This panel-mount device is said to be ideal for use in control panels, industrial equipment, medical equipment, call buzzers, and alarm systems.
The LSC616N delivers a typical sound pressure level of 100 dB at 16 Vdc at two feet, at a frequency of 2.9 kHz ±0.5 kHz. A built-in red LED is mounted in the center of the audible signal device and provides a pulse optical output signal at a rate of 2 ±1.5 pulses/s. Rated voltage range of the device is +6 to +16 Vdc.
