For maximum reliability, the SeaDAC Lite digital I/O solutions include the company’s patent-pending SeaLATCH locking USB connector to prevent accidental cable disconnection. The first two modules feature four optically isolated inputs and four reed-relay outputs (8111) or Form C relay outputs (8112). Applications include process control, facility management, security, and broadcast automation. The 8111’s SPST reed relays are rated to 500 mA; the 8112 uses high-current SPDT Form C relays to switch loads up to 6A. Other shared features include status LEDs and an operating temperature range from 0°C to +70°C. Prices start at $159 each. SEALEVEL SYSTEMS INC., Liberty, SC. (864) 843-4343.
