Measuring just 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm, the Ultra-Miniature 0603-Profile SurfLEDs surface-mount LEDs are available in two intensities: high-efficiency devices rated from 2 to 20 mcd at 20 mA and super-bright devices rated from 25 to 60 mcd at 20 mA. The LEDs are available in six colors and several related hues: high-efficiency components in super red; red; amber; yellow; green; pure green; and super bright versions in super red; ultra red; super orange; soft orange; super yellow; aqua green; and blue.
In addition, the components have a wide, 140° viewing angle, an average life span of >100,000 hrs., come packaged on 8-mm tapes or 7' reels, and are compatible with reflow soldering processes. Price is from $0.14 to $1.44 each/500.
