Introduced as the latest member of the Series 90 lighted pushbutton switches, a new switch has been designed with a shorter crimp pin than its relatives in the series. Self-proclaimed as the industry’s smallest crimp terminated switch, the new switch is suitable for use in both new and retrofit applications where existing wiring harnesses require smaller crimp pins. Built to military specifications, the switches are suitable for use in extreme environments. In addition, these switches are 0.125'' smaller than the other switches in the series. It is available in two configurations: an incandescent switch, QPL listed under MIL-PRF-22885/101; and LED-lighted and crimp configurations QPL listed under MIL-PRF-22885/111. Both versions have been qualified for NVIS night-vision capability.
