Employable as a status indicator in avionics systems and medical electronics, the ML2030E panel-mount LED provides a solid front housing that ensures a watertight panel seal. The component is packaged in a clear chromate-finished body and has a black anodized front bezel plus an EMI screen. The watertight seal is accomplished via a one-piece aluminum housing and bezel with a flour silicone o-ring. The component’s terminals can be either straight leads or solder loops, and wire leads and connectors can be added in custom configurations. Standard colors include red, yellow, and green with the option of a diffused or non-diffused output. Other options include bi-color, NVIS compatible, sunlight readable, and IR-secure filtering configurations. Single-unit price for a standard LED is $20.
