Designed for demanding environments, the device features 0.2A/200 vdc operation, 2 ohm maximum on resistance, normally-on even with bias off, overload capacity, paralleling capability, and output-transient protection. Pricing starts at $10 each/500 with delivery from stock to eight weeks ARO.
