Targeted at aerospace, military, aircraft and space applications, the Series 250 commercial half-size crystal can relay, with a non-magnetic latching device, switches up to 2A at 28 Vdc. A dual-pole, dual-throw relay, the 250 is a 2FORMC break-before-make device. Measuring 20.57 mm x 10.41 mm x 10.41 mm, the relay's industry-standard package saves space due to its reduced height. It weighs 13g. Manufactured using a modernized assembly process, the Series 250 has unique construction features and manufacturing techniques said to add high reliability and excellent resistance to environmental extremes, including temperatures ranging from -65¡C to +125¡C. The hermetically sealed relay meets MIL-PRF-39016 specifications for vibration and shock. Pricing is from $13.65 each/500. TELEDYNE RELAYS, Hawthorne, CA. (800) 594-5955.
