At 1.8 mm x 3.8 mm x 2 mm, the LR family of MOSFET relays is said to have the smallest size of any such relay available today. And the relay’s 1-Form-A contact configuration features low power dissipation at 5 mA LED trigger current. Other features of the LR family include I/O isolation of 1.5 kVac and low, 1ohms to 5ohms on-resistance. Further, the family’s ac/dc switching circuitry is said to allow for versatility of operation. Targeted for use in test and measurement equipment and RF and IT applications, such as IP routers, DSLAM equipment, and LANs, the new FET relays cost $2.75 each/10,000.
