Debuting as the XThin family's latest member, the XT-21 chip LED reports an increased radiant flux with minimum brightness levels of 21 mW. The component is available in a 460 nm blue version with target applications that include white-light LCD backlighting in mobile appliances and digital-camera flashes. Similar to other members of the family, the XT-21 measures 115 mm in height and operates with a typical forward voltage of 3.2V at 20 mA.
