Measuring 4.9 mm x 6.5 mm, the RGB LED provides a viewing angle of 120°. The red diode's wavelength is 635 nm, while the green diode is 520 nm, and the blue operates at 470 nm. Depending on the color, luminous intensities range from 230 mcd to 750 mcd with operating currents between 20 mA and 25 mA.
