The company now has available the latest addition to the Toshiba family of white LEDs, the surface-mount TL12W01-D. The device delivers a typical flux of 30 lm from a drive current of 250 mA and measures 10.5 mm x 5 mm x 2.1 mm. Other features include a typical performance of 35 lm/W, forward voltage of 3.4V at a forward current of 250 mA, and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +100°C.
