Expanding the company’s line of drop-in replacement MR16 LED bulbs are 3W versions suitable for replacing 20W to 30W incandescent bulbs. They are capable of handling variations in voltages that may accompany noisy or dirty ac/dc power supplies and they eliminate the need to stock a variety of bulbs to coordinate with different voltages that power supplies of 12 to 24 Vdc may present. Other features include output levels of 102.9 lumens at 2.6W/12 Vdc, 120.6 lumens at 3.7W/12 Vac, and 140.7 at 3.8W/24 Vdc. Employing three LEDs, the bulbs are available in cool white (6500 Kelvin) and warm white (3000 Kelvin) color temperatures, both of which provide 61° beam angles. Single-unit price for an MR16-3W LED bulb is $47.04. LEDTRONICS, INC., Torrance, CA. (800) 579-4875.
