Expanding the company’s range of sealed pushbutton switches is a 16-mm pushbutton switch, the IR Series, which is sealed to IP67 and is available in a wide array of terminals, colors, and illumination options. Designed to endure harsh environments, the IR Series comes with tactile and snap acting contact mechanisms with gold- or silver-plated contacts and with NO, NC, and NO/NC functions. It is suitable for low-level switching and is available with a 5A rating. Other features include a lifespan of 500,000 cycles at 250 Vac and 1,000,000 cycles for low level applications. The IR series is customizable for a variety of applications with 10 actuator colors, five LED colors, a round or square bezel, and with solder lug, wire lead, PC, quick-connect, and screw-terminal termination options.
