TLxK series red and amber LEDs exhibit the color, brightness, and radiation patterns required by traffic and sign applications
Toshiba’s TLxK series red and amber LEDs exhibit the color, brightness, and radiation patterns required by traffic and sign applications. With luminous intensities up to 12,900 mcd (red) and 23,000 mcd (amber), the components allegedly provide an output that is significantly brighter than products currently available on the market. They are available in a 5-mm round package with viewing angles of 23º and 30º. Other features include InGaAlP die technology, high efficiency, and high reliability. Prices start at $0.12 each/5,000.
