The screw vent meets IP67 for particle and water ingress and its cap will not separate from the body during installation or application. It is comprised of automotive-grade plastic that is resistant to chemicals, solvents, and high temperatures. The screw vent houses one of a number of different filter media choices including hydrophobic and oleophobic media, which are puncture resistant and protected from moisture.
