Its memory interface unit controls the arbitration and access of 320 KB of eSRAM to five integrated peripheral interfaces.Peripheral support includes an eight-bit video port, a secure digital (SD) memory-card interface, OHCI 1.1-compliant USB host, USB ports, full-duplex AC-97/I2S audio codec interface, and a serial peripheral interface (SPI).
