In configurations of 128K x 18 and 64K x 36, pipelined GVT71128D18 and flow-through GVT71128B18 synchronous burst SRAMs offer clock speeds up to 166 MHz with access times of 3.5 ns and 117 MHz with access times up to 7.5 ns, respectively. The GVT7164D36 (pipelined) and GVT7164B36 (flow-through) options offer the same ratings by 36 bits.
