Designed to ease the transition to PC133 registered DIMMs, the PCK2509S and PCK2510S PLL clock drivers and AVC and AVCM registered drivers are optimized to work together and provide a complete memory interface solution for PC133 registered DIMMs. The clock drivers are optimized for use in both PC100 and PC133 registered memory modules and span frequencies up to 167 MHz with zero delay feedback to the system’s DIMMs. The registered drivers include all four of the functions used in registered DIMMs. They are designed to drive address and control signals to PC133 single data rate SDRAMs mounted on DIMMs.
