Cornell Dubilier Acquisition Corp., Liberty, S.C., has acquired the DC electrolytic portion of BC Components Inc., located in Columbia, S.C., from BCcomponents
Cornell Dubilier Acquisition Corp., Liberty, S.C., has acquired the DC electrolytic portion of BC Components Inc., located in Columbia, S.C., from BCcomponents Holdings B.V. The Columbia facility is state-of-the-art and manufactures screw terminal and snap-in electrolytic capacitors. Columbia sales in 2001 were $21 million.
