Advanced Power Technology’s new line of SiC ZERO RECOVERY Schottky Diodes is offered in plastic and hermetic packages. Packages include D2, D
3, TO-220, TO-247, and SOT-227 as well as hermetic TO-257, TO-254 and TO-258 packages. Available in 600-V and 1200-V breakdown voltages, configurations include single discrete devices, multi-die discrete devices and center-tap devices.
In addition to discrete devices, APT has combined these SiC ZERO RECOVERY Schottky Diodes with our latest POWERMOS 7 IGBT to create “combis” for higher efficiency converters.
Power Modules and other custom designs using the SiC ZERO RECOVERY Schottky diodes also are available.
