High quality co-fired, multi-layer Aluminum Nitride packages are available from Advanced Technical Ceramics Co. This AlN package process has been production proven for 15 years with the highest quality standards. Hot pressed ceramic processing produces 100% dense ceramic and feature up to 30 layers 5 in. × 5 in. in size. Tolerances of ±0.1% with flatness better than .0005 in. per inch are achievable.
