Central Semiconductor has released three EEDTM low-leakage diodes. The CMDSH2-4L, CMOSH2-4L and CMUSH2-4L all consist of a single Schottky diode chip providing a maximum current specification of 200 mA with a maximum forward voltage drop (Vf) of 0.5 mV at 200 mA. A standard 200-mA Schottky diode normally specifies a maximum Vf of 1 V or greater.

The SUPERmini CMDSH2-4L packaged in the SOD-323 surface-mount package offers a nominal profile under 1 mm. If an even lower profile is required, the ULTRAmini CMOSH2-4L in the SOD-523 or the ULTRAmini CMUSH2-4L in the SOT-523 both feature a profile under 0.8 mm.

Prices for the CMDSH2-4L start at $0.14 each in quantities of 3000. Prices for the CMOSH2-4L and CMUSH2-4L start at $0.16 each in quantities of 3000. Sample devices are available upon request.
