Epoxies, Etc..., a resin formulator of epoxy, urethane and silicone systems, has introduced its 50-1220 product, a one-component thermal grease. This heavy-filled heatsink compound provides high thermal conductivity, low bleed and high temperature stability.

The 50-1220 is engineered for applications requiring fast heat dissipation and electrical insulation, with a thermal conductivity of 8 BTU/hr/ft²/°F/in. and a dielectric strength of 210 V/mil. Other properties include a bleed of 0.05% after 24-hr exposure to 200°C and an arc resistance of 160 s.

The one-part silicone heatsink compound is available in 8-oz jars, 16-oz jars and quarts. Special syringe packaging is available upon request.
