Vicor has announced the availability of Vicor Quality Center. This new Quality Center is designed to satisfy the needs of customers or prospective customers for up-to-date information on quality operations at Vicor.
The Quality Center is an online resource of Vicor quality systems. Visitors can take a video tour of Vicor’s factory, as well as explore the library of documentation, videos and process charts.
Using this online resource, users can generate a custom quality report, based on ISO 9001: 2000 criteria, which entirely meets a customer’s specific requirements. Then, they can download the report in .pdf format with hyperlinks to videos and other info that satisfy the individual quality needs.
Visitors can browse Vicor’s entire Quality Process, including reliability calculator, traceability and customer-satisfaction procedures. They also may read and/or download Vicor’s Standard and Industry Quality Report, ISO 9001:2000 Certificates, and details on Vicor’s RoHS lead-free status. A Customer Quality Survey is provided to improve key performance parameters in real time to Vicor’s Quality organization.
